I'll Lend You A Child
A poem that reflects a different view of losing a child. Pat Burnette, the author of this sad and lovely poem shared my grief in the loss of a child and could relate through her own experience of burying a child. There were some who questioned, "How can you still love God when He took your child?" God didn't take Wendy, she was only on-loan. Please don't drink and drive and NEVER make the mistake that cost my daughter her life . . . Never ride with a drunk driver!
